This design document outlines the module found in the eLearning section titled, Homeowners Guide: How to Request HOA Approval for Changes to the Exterior of Your Home. It was used to help bridge the communication between the SME and myself, established clear objectives, and outline the eLearning course. This document helped define the learning gap and gave clear design deliverables that created a long-term solution faced by the homeowners association.
